SAT Math Practice by Skill
Practice SAT Math by topic: algebra, advanced math, data analysis, geometry and trigonometry. Get original sample questions and worked answers.
The short answer
SAT Math practice works best when you know why an answer is wrong. Choose a domain below, learn the setup for a specific skill and solve its sample questions before opening the answers. After focused practice, mix topics and add a time limit. PeakSAT’s public library connects the Math skills in its app; it is independent SAT-style practice, not an official College Board question bank.
Algebra
Build a reliable setup before speeding up: variables, slope, constraints and simultaneous equations.
Explore AlgebraAdvanced Math
Choose useful forms, connect expressions to graphs, and check restrictions on solutions.
Explore Advanced MathGeometry and Trigonometry
Turn a diagram into explicit relationships, then choose a formula with the correct units.
Explore Geometry and TrigonometryProblem-Solving and Data Analysis
Interpret quantities, distributions, probability and evidence; check units and the population a claim describes.

Which SAT Math topic should I practice first?
Start with a skill you recently missed, especially if the error came from setting up the problem. If algebra is a weak foundation, begin with linear equations and functions before nonlinear equations. Use an assessment to identify actual gaps rather than guessing from a target score.
Should I use a calculator for every SAT Math question?
A calculator can help, but the fastest method depends on the problem. Practice recognizing structure and estimating an answer before calculating. Use official Bluebook practice to learn the current testing tools and format.
