What it is

PeakSAT classroom assignments turn a teaching goal into a task with a skill, due date and student list. Invited students join with the intended account. Practice assignments launch a student-specific quiz and verify completion from saved work. Learn, review and other tasks can include student-confirmed completion notes, which remain distinct from verified quiz work.

How it helps

  • Keep membership explicit

Invite students or educator collaborators and revoke access when needed.

  • Assign the next skill

Create practice, review, learn or test tasks with clear instructions and deadlines.

  • Review the evidence

Inspect classroom progress and export the gradebook, with verified quiz work distinguished from student confirmation.

How it works

The steps you take in the PeakSAT app, in order.

  1. Step 1

    Create a classroom

Add a class name and invite students individually or from a roster CSV.

  2. Step 2

    Assign a specific task

Choose the skill or activity, question count where relevant, due date and intended students.

  3. Step 3

    Review the submitted work

Inspect completion and progress, then choose a fresh follow-up task rather than treating a checkoff as mastery.

Common questions

How is practice assignment completion verified?

A practice assignment launches an attached student quiz; saved completion records establish quiz completion. Other task types can use student-confirmed notes and are labeled accordingly.

Can another educator collaborate?

Yes. Classroom owners can invite educator collaborators and revoke membership. Progress access depends on an active authorized link.

Can I export a gradebook?

Authorized classroom educators can download a CSV gradebook for the classroom.
